Working abroad always was a dream for me. And, nothing better than to come to Helsinki, Finland and work here. I am sure that hyper[in] was the best choice I could take for my internship in Information Technology area. The projects here are very organized and the project process (Scrum) is also very functional. I have been here only for 1 (one) month, but I'm already feeling very comfortable to question about anything I think that could be better. hyper[in] really cares about our needs and does everything to make their employees feel comfortable at the workplace. All I hope for now is to stay here after my internship and keep my contribution for the constant growth of hyper[in].

I was happy to get varying tasks and responsibility quickly after I started working as a software developer at hyper[in]. I had earlier work experience mainly from academic and commercial research projects, where it might take weeks to see any results. At hyper[in], noticing the daily progress of my work motivates me.

We are working hard towards our targets and believe that we are making something big here. However, the working atmosphere in our office is relaxed, and we feel that the company cares about its employees. I like the possibility of flexible working hours and locations. Sometimes my free time activities require attendance at office hours, but even that is usually arrangeable.
