    Operations Specialist

    At HyperIn, operations it's a  team of strategic, empathetic thinkers and deep interaction specialists who play an integral role in the success of the company and the satisfaction of our customers.

  • What you'll do

    Make sure that our daily customer-interfacing processes run smoothly and customers are satisfied with HyperIn services.


    You'll also manage service delivery projects of HyperIn products, gathering requirements from customers to be used as a basis for HyperIn software development road map and constantly working towards improving customer service (including help desk) as well as HyperIn delivery and operations processes.

  • We are looking for a candidate who has:


    Experience in working directly with customers and is passionate about customer satisfaction

    About 1 years of project management experience of similar (for example from your studies)

    Understanding of software business and previous experience of software service delivery

    Good problem-solving skills and interest in learning new technologies and new skills

    Excellent writing and communication skills in Finnish and English



    You are the right candidate for us if, in addition to the above, you are a hands-on type of a person who is not afraid to step outside comfort zone and are driven, energetic and care about the quality of your work. Even better if you understand software development, retail real estate business and / or help desk operations. You can be in the final stages of your studies or just graduated.
