We are now looking for a Full Stack Developer to join the HyperIn R&D team in Helsinki.
Our R&D team is responsible for the development and maintenance of HyperIn products as well as building integrations with 3rd party solutions. We use agile software development methods and operate in DevOps mode. In our R&D team, you get to develop cutting edge services that digitalise shopping malls.
As a full stack developer, your tasks include web application design and development using Java/J2EE technologies and open-source components. You have solid technical skills, interest in learning and developing yourself and proactively making suggestions to improve our ways of working whether it is our tools, processes or architecture.
We are looking for a candidate who has:
- Experience with Java in a full stack developer role
- Experience in implementing database-based web applications in Java environments
- Experience of AWS
- Good knowledge of JavaScript
- Experience in designing and implementing APIs
- Experience in Agile software development methods
- Good writing and communication skills in English
- Necessary permits for working in Finland
We see as an advantage:
- Understanding of Linux operating system and administration
- Experience of VueJS and Quasar Framework
- Experience of Angular or ReactJS
- Knowledge of CSS Frameworks and Preprocessors (e.g. Sass, SCSS)
